First of all, we'd like to apologize for the recent downtime we experienced. We're pleased to announce that the Chirr App is running smoothly.
You will need to reconnect to Twitter by clicking on the 'reconnect' button in the navbar and following the steps.
Now that we're back up, any posts scheduled over the last few days will not be tweeted out at the same time. The posts have been marked with an error and can be manually rescheduled.
Unfortunately, we've had to make a few changes to our features due to Twitter's new API tiers. The "Blitz" and "Nest" features have to be discontinued. We recommend using Tweetdeck as a free alternative for replying to Twitter comments for the time being. We also regret to inform you that Chirr App's analytics charts will be limited moving forward. However, you can still access Twitter's free web analytics for all your Twitter stats. We're actively working on solutions for the affected features and will keep you informed of any updates.
To make up for these changes, Pro users can now manage up to 5 accounts. This means you can manage your personal account and multiple business accounts, all within a single Pro plan. This includes cross-posting to Mastadon and LinkedIn on all of your accounts.
If you are on a Plus or Hobby plan, the new API changes will not affect you, and everything should be back to normal now.
